WTC Mumbai Pays Tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar on His 135th Birth Anniversary

World Trade Center (WTC) Mumbai marked Ambedkar Jayanti, commemorating the 135th birth anniversary of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, widely recognized as the architect of the Indian Constitution and known for his commitment to justice, equality, and inclusive progress that continues to shape India’s growth journey.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Vijay Kalantri, Chairman, World Trade Center Mumbai and President, All India Association of Industries, said, “The Constitution serves as a guiding framework for the nation, and no country can function without it. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was firm in his beliefs, reminding us that while we value our rights, we must also uphold our duties. His vision of equality continues to guide us even today as India moves towards a Viksit Bharat. This belief in equal opportunity is reflected in the growing role of women in nation-building, and empowering women through education, participation, and leadership remains essential for building a stronger and more inclusive India.”
